London: Al Qaeda's new chief Saif al-Adel has vowed to launch a devastating terror attack on London to avenge Osama Bin Laden's death, prompting authorities in London to step up security at city's vital installations.
Al-Adel, 51, who was once bin Laden's security chief is determined to make Britain and the US pay for the killing of his dead boss, Taliban chiefs revealed on Saturday. He is ordering his followers to 'crush' the city.
